We are pleased to inform you that the Governing Body of the Co-operative Research Programme: Sustainable Agricultural and Food Systems (CRP) has approved your Event on Combating antimicrobial resistance using bacteriophages for eco-sustainable agriculture and food systems, taking place in Valencia, Spain on 12-13 September 2023, for sponsorship by the CRP.

The aim of this workshop is bringing together experts in research of bacteriophages as antimicrobials covering all food production sectors including agriculture, animal husbandry and, aquaculture, together with farmers, food companies, consumer representatives and, policy makers to identify the next steps in the development of phage-based strategies for preventing antimicrobial resistance in the ago-food system.
